But the C@P exam given to me (and I suspect many others) used sitting, standing, and supine. QTC cherry picked the least favorable measurements (not sitting in my case), and provided the least favorable measurements to VA. I am awaiting a decision from VA to see if they are going along what I see as deliberate downgrading of Veteran's Disability ratings. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
